Do you provide free consultations and quotes?
Yes, Salix Tree and Garden Services offers free consultations and quotes for all of our services. Once we receive your enquiry, we contact you to organise a suitable time to visit the job site, scope the requirements, send you a quote and once you have agreed to getting the work done, we lock in a time to complete the job. Simple!
Do I really need to get my tree removed?
Great question and not in all cases. Your safety and the surrounding areas safety comes first. Our team will conduct a comprehensive review of your tree(s) and will let you know what is this best for you and the tree.
Why do I need an arborist to remove my tree?
If you’ve got a tree(s) that needs removal you might be tempted to cut it down yourself or use unqualified contractors.
Tree lopping is a complex and dangerous job. It should only be carried out by tree surgeons because:
- trees can grow again if the roots aren’t removed
- tree stumps left behind are an eyesore and potentially hazardous
- watch our team climb the tree safely to access difficult areas that you won’t be able to reach or access
- no one wants a tree falling onto their home, car or fence
Once a job is complete, do you take everything away?
Yes we do, it’s all part of the service to leave your work site in pristine condition. If you have a tree that is chopped up and mulched into woodchips, we can leave the chips for you to use around your garden.
